Arrival of Children

  • Students should arrive at school every morning at 7:30 a.m., and no later than 7:40 a.m. Late arrival to the classroom creates several problems: for the child, who must explain their tardiness, and for the rest of the class, whose learning is disrupted.
  • Students should not be at school before 7:30 a.m., as there will be no staff available to ensure their safety. If a child arrives at school earlier than this, their personal safety is the responsibility of the child and their parents.
  • Once the children enter the school grounds, they proceed to their classrooms on their own under the guidance of the duty supervisors. For reasons of safety and health, adults are not permitted to enter the school premises.
  • According to the guidelines of the Ministry of Education, you are required to contact the school by phone or send a message in the event of your child’s absence, no later than 8:45 a.m. After 8:45 a.m., the school is obliged to notify the Police.
    The contact numbers are: 97547614, 24812144, 24638150.

Departure of Children

  • Students remain at school for the duration specified in the timetable, that is, until 1:05 p.m. Once they are dismissed, responsibility for their safety lies with their parents. For this reason, we kindly ask you to ensure their prompt collection from school. During drop‑off and pick‑up, you must not enter the school grounds and you must not park in the school parking area. Such practices create safety risks for the children and expose them to potential danger.
  • If a child needs to leave school before the end of the school day for health reasons or any other reason, a parent or another authorized relative must come to collect the child and sign the Early Departure Register. If the early departure is planned in advance, it is recommended that you inform the school in good time with a written note.

Children’s Absences

If your child will be absent from school for any reason, you are required to inform the school either the day before or on the morning of the absence. This procedure is essential in order to prevent unpleasant situations in which children may be absent from school without their parents’ knowledge.

Neat Appearance of Children

Children should come to school clean and neatly groomed (with clean, trimmed nails and without nail polish). Excessive or inappropriate styles that do not align with the student role should be avoided, such as very long hair for boys or unconventional haircuts or dyeing.

Safety of Personal Belongings

Children should not wear jewelry or expensive watches to school. It is emphasized that the school bears no responsibility in case such items are lost. The bringing of mobile phones and smartwatch‑type devices to school is prohibited, in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Education.

School Bag

Children should bring to school only the books and notebooks they need for the day, and not carry unnecessary weight. We kindly ask you to help them develop good habits and to check their school bags regularly.

Parents at School

Your visits to the school, in order to be informed about your child’s progress, are considered essential. In the visitation schedule, you can find the days and times during which you may contact your child’s teachers by phone or meet them in person.

If there is an urgent matter, you may contact the teachers by phone regarding any issues concerning your child or for immediate updates at 24812144.

Additional Information

  • If your child shows any symptoms (such as discomfort, coughing, fever, etc.), they must stay at home and you should contact a pediatrician.
  • Each child must bring their own personal items (pencils, stationery, etc.).
  • It is advisable for children to carry small packs of hand sanitizer, tissues, and a small cleaning towel.
